2003–… initiator and organiser of the International Hot Glass Symposia Haapsalu Glass Days at the Evald Okas Museum in Haapsalu
1991−… co-founder and owner of the first Estonian hot glass studio Koppel & Keerdo Klaasikoda (Koppel & Keerdo Glass Workshop) together with Viivi-Ann Keerdo; since 1995, the studio has its premises in Katariina käik (St. Catherine’s Passage) in Tallinn
